Company Overview:
Focus Labs is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative social media strategies that engage our audience, drive traffic, and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, to promote our mobile applications.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
- Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and trends.
- Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships is a plus.
