- Casual sexual encounter or hookup platforms

- Misleading work-from-home schemes or lead generation offers
- Gambling and fantasy sports betting
- Multi-level or pyramid-style marketing

- List selling or renting contacts
- Social media engagement farming (fake likes/followers)
- Unregulated cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or ICOs
Content Subject to Additional Scrutiny
Certain types of content and industries are more prone to user complaints, abuse, or compliance risk. To preserve platform integrity, Focuslabs LLC may review, restrict, or suspend accounts offering the following types of products, services, or content:
- Stock market predictions and trading tips
- Horoscope or astrology-based content
- Mortgage or loan offerings
- Health supplements or alternative treatments
- Adult novelty items or content
- Dating services with sexual content or nudity
- Real estate listings or promotions
- Bulk content tools used on behalf of third parties
- Regulated products during public health crises (e.g., COVID-19)
Prohibited Actions
To protect our user base and platform reputation, all Focuslabs users must avoid the following behaviors. You may not:
- Send spam without consent
- Use misleading sender or campaign metadata
- Share your login credentials
- Reverse engineer or copy our software
- Send marketing emails without an unsubscribe option
- Create duplicate accounts to bypass rules
- Upload personal identifiers or sensitive data
- Send SMS or bulk messages through unsupported features
- Use purchased or scraped contact lists
- Send unrelated or personal mail through our platform
- Export Focuslabs-generated content to third-party tools without permission
- Host files or content unrelated to your platform use
- Intentionally bypass billing systems or pricing limits
- Misuse transactional or inbox messaging tools for mass promotion
- Sell or promote counterfeit or infringing products

As an educational and social media platform provider, Focuslabs LLC is committed to maintaining a secure and trusted experience for all users. We regularly publish and update best practices to help you use our Services responsibly and effectively. These may include guidelines related to learner communication, audience consent, message frequency, content ethics, and security recommendations. You may only use Focuslabs Services in line with these best practices. If you misuse our tools, we may suspend or terminate your account.
